Delete your account and data

You can delete your EM TUPO ICU Academy account at any time. Deletion removes your account, logbook entries, notes, course progress, saved calculator results and practice cases.

Option 1: In the app

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings & Account from the menu.
3. Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Go straight to the deletion screen (you will be asked to sign in).

Option 2: By email

Email adamjimoiz@gmail.com from the address you registered with and ask for your account to be deleted.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your login, name, email, profession and institution; logbook entries; topic notes; course enrolments and progress; saved scores; practice cases and their ABG, hemodynamic, sedation, NEWS2 and code-blue records.
• Kept: teaching-session certificates that were already issued may remain in the certificate verification register (name, session and date) so that the certificate stays verifiable. Ask us by email if you also want these removed.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately; email requests are completed within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
